Porridge Oat Scone with Butter & Jam

Use allergy free if required*
0.5 tsp bread soda
1 whole egg
250 g greek style 0% natural yogurt*
250 g oats*
2 tsp butter*
2 tsp strawberry jam reduced sugar
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4).
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Scoop out with a potato scoop onto an oven tray.
4. Cook for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
This recipe makes about 8 scones.
Make in batches and freeze for on the go snacks.
