Whey Protein with Whole Milk & Banana
Bananas are an excellent source of potassium and vitamin B6, fibre & carbohydrate.
500 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)
15 g whey protein any flavor
1. Pour 500mls milk and 15g whey protein into a shaker and shake hard until mixed through.
2. Enjoy the banana on the side.
