Whey Protein with Whole Milk & Raisins
Raisins are loaded with fibre, potassium, iron and other essential nutrients, but free of saturated fat and cholesterol.
500 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)
15 g whey protein any flavor
15 g raisins
1. Pour 500mls milk and 15g whey protein into a shaker and shake hard until mixed through.
2. Enjoy raisins on the side.
