Banana Chia Seeds Sushi
1 medium banana
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1. Mix and lay chia and poppy seeds on a layer on a surface lined with parchment paper.
2. Peel a banana, Then, spread honey on top, making sure to coat the top and sides by rolling the banana around the seeds.
3. Cut the banana into pieces. Serve straight away.
