Banana Nut Porridge
Greek yogurt is low in lactose so can be a suitable option for lactose intolerance
Use allergy free-range if required*
0.5 medium banana
40 g oats*
2 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*
135 ml almond milk
0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
0.25 tsp vanilla extract
12 pecan nuts
1. Mash banana with a fork in a bowl. Add oats, yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
2. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
3. Serve cold, topped with chopped pecans.
For best results use a ripe banana.
