Bananna & Oat with Chia Seeds Smoothie
Use allergy free-range if required*
30 g oats*
150 ml semi-skimmed milk*
1 medium banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
2. Put all ingredients into a blender for 30 seconds
This filling smoothie will keep you going all morning as well as giving you a healthy start to the day.
