Ingredients

2 Cali Cali pop-a-grains

4 tbsp Cali Cali sriracha sauce

1 onion

1 chicken fillet

0.5 courgette

1 garlic cloves

1 red pepper chopped

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp soy sauce*

1 spring onions

1 tsp sesame seeds

pinch salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok on high heat, add the onion and sauté for a minute
  2. Add the garlic and then diced chicken, stir fry until the chicken is almost done, add the veggies and continue to stir fry for about 2 to 3 mins, until the veggies are done but not overcooked.
  3. Add the Cali Cali sriracha sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir fry for just about a min, until everything is well combined.
  4. Divide equally on two Cali Cali pop a grain, garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds, enjoy!
