2 chicken fillet

0.5 red onion

0.5 chilli pepper

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp paprika

0.5 tsp ground coriander

0.5 tsp garam masala

2 tbsp olive oil

4 wholewheat flour tortillas

0.5 red onion

1 tbsp lime juice

1 pinch salt

0.5 avocado

2 sprinkle fresh coriander

250 g cherry tomatoes

1 garlic cloves

0.5 red onion

0.5 tbsp olive oil


1. Dice onions & peppers.
2. Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and red pepper and cook over low heat for 5 minutes until soft.
3. In the meantime add another tbsp. of olive oil in a bowl with spices and season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the chicken, cut into strips and coat the chicken with the mixture.
5. Remove the onion and peppers from the pan and place it in a separate bowl.
6. Increase the heat on the pan and add the chicken – cook for 6- 8 mins, until cooked through and slightly golden.
7. Return onion and peppers to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes.
8. Meanwhile, heat the tortillas in the oven covered in tin foil for 5 minutes.
9. Each person can wrap tortillas around the chicken mixture.
10. Can add guacamole and salsa sauce to each tortilla

Guacamole – place all ingredients into the food processor and pulse until smooth.
0.5 chopped red onion, 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt, 1 garlic clove. 0.5 small jalapeƱo pepper (optional), 1 ripe peeled avocado, 1 tbsp. coriander leaves

Salsa Sauce
Place the cherry tomatoes in a bowl and add onion and garlic.
Drizzle over olive oil and stir in coriander.
Season with salt and pepper.
Set aside to allow flavors to develop
