Chicken with Chorizo Stirfry with Noodles
180 g ramen noodles Hakubaku organic range
2 garlic cloves
2 cm ginger
1 red bell pepper
1 medium red onion
30 g chorizo
2 fillet chicken fillet
2 handful spinach
2 tbsp soy sauce*
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1. Add the chopped chorizo to a wok. Allow to sizzle.
2. Peel & thinly slice the garlic, grate the ginger
3. Add diced chicken and cook until brown
4. Add the chopped red pepper & onion – to the wok and stir fry for a few mins.
5. Add the sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce to the pan. Cover the sauce well over the chicken & stirfry.
6. Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions. Drain well and add to the pan. Combine the noodle with the chicken & chorizo mixture.
7. Serve & Enjoy
