Prawn with Chorizo Stirfry with Noodles
270 g ramen noodles Hakubaku organic range
2 garlic cloves
2 cm ginger
1 red bell pepper
1 medium red onion
30 g chorizo
250 g precooked prawns
2 handful spinach
2 tbsp soy sauce*
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1. Add the chopped chorizo to a wok. Allow to sizzle.
2. Peel & thinly slice the garlic, grate the ginger and slice the red pepper & onion – add to the wok and stir fry for a few mins.
3. Add the prawns & cook for 2 to 3 mins.
4. Add the sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce to the pan. Cover the prawns and stirfry well.
5. Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions. Drain well and add to the pan. Combine the noodle with the prawn & chorizo mixture.
6. Serve & Enjoy
