French Toast with Protein Shake
Use gluten-free if required*
2 slices wholemeal bread*
1 whole egg
30 g whey protein
500 ml water
1. Beat the egg.
2. Soak 2 slices of wholemeal bread in the beaten egg.
3. Sprinkle the sweetener on top.
4. Fry in a pan with low-calorie cooking spray for a few mins each side until golden brown.
5. Serve with the blueberries.
