Fried Eggs x 2, Brown Soda Bread with Baked Beans
Use gluten-free if required*
2 whole egg
1 tbsp olive oil
1 slices soda bread*
1 small tin reduced sugar baked beans
1. Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat.
2. Allows the whites to gradually set while the yolk remains bright and runny.
3. Flipping the eggs for just 5 to 10 seconds ensures that the whites are fully cooked on both sides.
4. Serve with bread and baked beans.
