Frozen Fruit Smoothie & Handful of Nuts
Use gluten-free if required*
75 g frozen strawberries
2 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*
10 cashew nuts
25 g oats*
100 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)
20 g whey protein
30 g mixed nuts
1. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
2. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Serve with a handful of nuts.
For best results use a ripe banana.
