Ingredients

0.5 lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

0.5 tsp dried oregano

pinch black pepper

12 cherry tomatoes

1 onion

0.5 cucumber

8 olives pitted

100 g low fat feta

Directions

1. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano and black pepper together.
2. Combine the salad vegetables, olives and dressing, and put in a serving bowl.
3. Crumble the cheese over the top.
