Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Use gluten-free if required*
2 slices wholemeal bread*
2 tbsp marinara sauce
25 g mozzarella cheese grated
1 tsp parmesan cheese grated
pinch black pepper
1. Spread 1 tbsp. of marinara sauce on each piece of bread.
2. Spread mozzarella cheese on one slice of bread over the sauce.
3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over mozzarella. Top with the second piece of bread, sauce side down.
4. Place in the heated pan and cook until the cheese inside is melted and outside is golden brown.
