Linguine with Avocado, Tomato & Lime with Soda Brown Bread and Butter

126 g linguine wholemeal*
10 g fresh coriander
1 red onion
1 red chilli
1 slices soda bread*
1 tsp butter*
1. Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
2. Meanwhile, put the lime juice and zest in a medium bowl with the avocado, tomatoes, coriander, onion and chilli. Mix very well.
3. Add the mixture to the cooked pasta and mix. Eat straight away or eat cold.
