40 g macaroni*

360 g broccoli florets

62 ml evaporated milk

0.25 tbsp corn-starch

0.25 tsp dry mustard

0.25 tsp salt

0.25 garlic cloves

15 g grated cheddar cheese


1. Cook macaroni as per pack instructions. Add the broccoli to the last 3 mins of cooking. Drain.
2. Whisk together evaporated milk, corn-starch, dry mustard, salt, and grated garlic clove in a large sauté pan over medium; cook, whisking often, until thickened, about 6 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in shredded cheddar cheese and pour over pasta mixture.
