Use allergy free if required*
40 g oats*
4 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*
sprinkle almonds flaked
4 white seedless grapes
1. Put oats into a bowl.
2. Add the yogurt.
3. Sprinkle the almonds and grapes on top to decorate.
4. Place in fridge overnight and mix all ingredients in the morning.
The best part over overnight oats is soaked oats are easy, take less time to prepare, and all the work is done overnight as you sleep and really delicious
