1 serving red pepper hummus

3 vegan quorn chicken pieces

3 Baby plum tomatoes

1 spring onions

handful rocket

1 pack lentil curls

Directions

1. Toast Bagel
2. Chop spring onion & tomatoes
3.Spread hummus on bagel and top with chicken slices, sproing onion, tomatoes and rocket
