1 Brown bake at home poll Fitzgeralds bakery

1 red pepper hummus

3 Quorn southern fried bites

22 g Hallumi

handful rocket

3 Baby plum tomatoes

1 spring onions


1. Cook roll and Quorn according to packet instructions
2. Chop spring onion and baby plum tomatoes and slice hallumi, 3 thin slices
3. Heat a small pan over medium heat, when hot add hallumi, cook on either side for 4-5 mins
4. Spread hummus on roll and add onion & tomato
5. Place hallumi flat on one side of roll and put bits on top,top with rocket and cut in half

Serve and Enjoy.
