Vegan Pancakes
Breakfast
For gluten free- use GF oats & change your topping to GF soread
For Vegan swap grenade spread for dairy free version
Ingredients
1 banana ripe
45 g oats*
1 tbsp quinoa flakes
1 tbsp maple syrup
45 ml almond milk
1 tsp coconut oil
15 g protein chocolate hazelnut spread
5 g agave syrup
7 g pumpkin& sunflower seed mix
20 g frozen raspberries
Directions
1. place all ingredients excluding toppings in a blender and mix up (Iby hand is fine too)
2. heat oil on medium & when hot turn pan to low (they stick if pans too hot)
3. using a spoon, spoon mixture into the pan, makes 4-5
4. after a minute use a spatula to get under them and move them around a bit to prevent sticking
5. cook on either side until golden brown, 4/5mins
6. Add toppings and enjoy
