Ingredients

1 skinny Italian pizza base

5 g red pesto

120 g tomato paste

2 Tofoo and co Sizzlers spicy tomato

3 mushrooms

40 g grated mozzerella

1 tbsp fresh rosemary

1 tsp dried rosemary

15 g red onion

1 red chili

Directions

1. Preheat fan oven to 200 degrees/non fan oven 180
2. Chop mushrooms, chillis, red onion and sausages
3. Mix red pesto and tomato paste together in a small bowl and add herbs
4. Spread sauce on pizza
5. Add cheese and then veg on top
6.Cook in oven for 10-12 mins until golden brown around edges
