Vegetarian Quorn Burger with Sweet Potato Fries,Side Salad & Glass of Milk

Ingredients
2 quorn beef burger
100 g frozen sweet potatoes
30 g mixed leaves
8 cherry tomatoes
5 slices cucumber
0.5 bell pepper
0.5 red onion
500 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/210°C Fan/Gas Mark 7. Spread a single layer of chips onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 17 – 20 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely, crisp.
2. For the burger, preheat grill. Brush with a little oil. Grill on a medium heat, turning frequently for roughly 10 mins.
3. In the meantime, prepare the salad (mixed salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and onion) and enjoy with a glass of milk.
