Getting Started is Easy:

1. My Meals:

Once you have signed up and inserted all your personal info (age, height, weight etc) you will have instant access to your Meal Plan – You will see this on the menu above ‘My Meals’

2. Program:

To access your 8-week program & quick access to your meal plan just download our app.  You will receive instructions on how to best prepare yourself for the start of your program on Monday.  You will also be added to your group and can ask questions within the group or if you prefer send a message directly to us – we are here to help & support you.
