Wholemeal Pasta & Chorizo

This easy to prepare dinner wholemeal pasta & chorizo dinner is great when you are under time pressure. The chorizo adds a lovely flavour and spice.
- 160 g chorizo
- 1 garlic cloves
- 400 g can chopped tomatoes
- 200 g wholemeal pasta*
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the chorizo for 5 mins.
- Add the finely sliced garlic.
- Stir in the tin of tomatoes.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Add the pasta into the sauce in the pan and combine well to serve.
- Top with the grated cheese (if required)
Make extra and bring for lunch the following day.
