Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients:
307g pineapple, chopped
86g vanilla whey protein powder**
200g ice
22g oats (uncooked)*
17g shredded coconut
325g (about 9 inches long) cucumber, chopped
120ml coconut milk
Fresh mint
Use gluten-free if required*
Use lactose-free if required
Directions:
- Chop all ingredients into small pieces.
- Add all ingredients including the ice and oats, coconut, protein powder and milk into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
