Turkey & Avocado on Toast

Ingredients

½ avocado
juice ½ lime
1 slice ciabatta bread*
50g turkey slices
Black pepper (optional)
Dash of ketchup (optional)

Use gluten-free if required*

Directions

1. Halve and stone the avocado then scrape out the flesh into a bowl.
2. Squeeze in the lime then mash roughly with a fork.
3. Toast the ciabatta, spread the mashed avocado on top of the toast and top with turkey
4. Sprinkle some black pepper/ketchup on top (optional).
