BLT in a bowl


2 bacon rashers
Handful of lettuce
5 cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
6 slices of cucumber
1 scallion, diced
½ avocado peeled and diced



1. Cook rashers under the grill to your liking (3 mins per side).
2. Prepare salad in a bowl.
3. Cut cooked rashers into pieces and mix into a bowl of salad.
