1 alpen light cereal bar

8 oz pineapple chunks fresh or frozen

100 ml almond milk

0.25 mango

0.5 lime juice

50 ml coconut milk

7 g cashew nuts

1 sprinkle chia seeds


1. Place the ingredients in a blender, almond milk first, and pulse until creamy.
2. Add a drop more of almond milk if required, to achieve the desired consistency.
3. Sprinkle with chia seeds (optional).
4. Enjoy with the bar.
