Apple Avocado Smoothie with 2 Rice Cakes

117 ml almond milk

1 handful spinach

0.5 avocado

1 apple

1 medium banana

1 tbsp honey

1 pinch ground ginger

5 ice cubes

2 plain rice cake


1. Peel and pit the avocado.
2. Peel and core and quarter the apple.
3. Cut the banana into chunks.
4. Put all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth. Add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
5. Serve immediately with rice cakes
