Ingredients
117 ml almond milk
1 handful spinach
0.5 avocado
1 apple
0.5 medium banana
1 tbsp honey
1 pinch ground ginger
5 ice cubes
1 plain rice cake
Directions
1. Core, peel and roughly chop the apple and avocado and banana.
2. Put all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth.
3. Serve immediately with rice cakes
