Baked Tomatoes on Toast

Ingredients
8 tomatoes
15 cherry tomatoes
1 tsp mixed herbs dried
2 tsp fresh chives
2 tbsp wholemeal breadcrumbs*
4 tsp parmesan cheese grated
4 slices wholegrain bread*
1 pinch black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4).
2. Half all of the tomatoes
3. Grate the cheese or use already grated cheese.
4. Arrange the tomatoes, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the dried herbs and chives and season with black pepper. Roast for 10 minutes, then sprinkle the breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese over them. Roast for 5 more minutes.
5. While the tomatoes are baking, toast the bread.
6. Serve the baked tomatoes with the toast.
