Ingredients

4 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 medium banana

30 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)

5 ice cubes

Directions

1. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
2. Blitz all ingredients in blender until smooth.
