240 g oats*

3 medium banana

23 g ground almonds

50 g apricots dried

34 g pitted dates

1.5 tsp vanilla extract


1. Preheat oven 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4).
2. Grease a slice pan tin with grease proof paper.
3. Mash banana until smooth.
4. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
5. Spoon mixture into the tin, using the back of a spoon even out the mixture.
6. Bake in the oven for 30-35 mins or until golden brown.
7. Cool completely and cut into bars.
