Ingredients

75 g frozen blueberries

2 medium banana

400 ml semi-skimmed milk*

0.5 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

1. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
2. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix.
3. Serve between 4 glasses.
