Greek yogurt is low in lactose so can be a suitable option for lactose intolerance

Use allergy free-range if required*

Ingredients

40 g oats*

1.5 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*

175 ml almond milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

0.5 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

1 tbsp honey

1 medium banana

10 cashew nuts

Directions

1. Mix together all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Cover with lid or cling film.
2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before eating.
3. Add the chopped banana just before eating.
