For best results use a ripe banana.

Ingredients

1 medium banana

100 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)

4 tbsp greek style 0% vanilla yogurt

2 tbsp peanut butter

5 ice cubes

20 g whey protein any flavour

30 g mixed nuts

Directions

1. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
2. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Serve with handful of nuts.
