Ingredients

1 small tin reduced sugar baked beans

2 slices soda bread*

2 tsp butter*

60 g whey protein any flavour

500 ml water

Directions

1. Heat the beans for 2 mins in the microwave.
2. Serve with 2 slices of buttered, soda bread.
3. Make protein drink with water as per pack instructions.
