Ingredients
40 g oats*
125 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)
15 raspberries
20 blueberries
1 banana
0.5 peach
30 g whey protein any flavour
Directions
1. Peel and roughly chop half a peach and the banana.
2. Blitz all ingredients in blender until smooth.
