BLT Pasta in a Bowl with Glass on Milk

50 g wholemeal pasta*

4 bacon rashers

10 cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp creme fraiche reduced fat

0.5 tsp dijon mustard

250 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)


1. Cook pasta as per pack instructions.
2. Allow pasta to cool.
3. While pasta is cooling, grill the rashers for 3 to 4 mins on each side and cut into pieces.
4. Mix in the bacon, chopped spinach, tomatoes, crème fraîche and mustard, and season with a little salt.
5. Serve with a glass of milk.
