Ingredients

25 g wholemeal pasta*

2 bacon rashers

15 g spinach

6 cherry tomatoes

0.5 tbsp creme fraiche reduced fat

05 tsp dijon mustard

Directions

1. Cook pasta as per pack instructions.
2. Allow pasta to cool.
3. While pasta is cooling, grill the rashers for 3 to 4 mins on each side.
4. Mix in the bacon, spinach, tomatoes, crème fraîche and mustard, and season with a little salt.
