Ingredients

60 ml orange juice

0.5 tbsp honey

1 banana

77 g blueberries can use frozen

1.5 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*

13 g whey protein any flavour

Directions

1. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
2. Put everything in a blender, and mix till smooth.
