Ingredients
60 g wholemeal roll*
1 tsp extra light mayonnaise*
1 bacon rashers
1 whole egg
1 handful lettuce
4 slices cucumber
low cal cooking spray
Directions
1. Grill the rasher on each side for 5 to 7 mins in total.
2. When the bacon is almost done, spray a frying pan with the low-calorie cooking spray and fry the egg to your liking.
3. Spread the roll with the extra light mayonnaise.
4. Place lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber on top
