Ingredients

1 wholemeal roll*

1 tsp extra light mayonnaise*

2 slices tomatoes

1 lean bacon

1 whole egg

20 g mixed leaves

4 slices cucumber

low cal cooking spray

Directions

1. Grill the rasher on each side for 5 to 7 mins in total.
2. When the bacon is almost done, spray a frying pan with the low calorie cooking spray and fry the egg to your liking.
3. Spread the roll with the extra light mayonnaise.
4. Add bacon, lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber to the roll.
