Cali Cali Pop-A-Grain is available in most supermarkets, Choose Broghies as an alternative if needed.


400 g chickpeas

2 tbsp greek style natural yogurt

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 chilli

0.25 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

0.25 tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil

2 Cali Cali pop-a-grains


1. Combine all the other ingredients into a blender or food processor until smooth. If you need more liquid to make a nice consistency, add a bit more yogurt.
2. Chill.
3. Dip the Cali Cali Pop-A-Grain into the hummus.
