Greek yogurt is low in lactose so can be a suitable option for lactose intolerance

Use allergy-free if required*

Ingredients

2 chicken fillet

2 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*

1 wholemeal wrap*

0.25 red bell pepper

2 cherry tomatoes

1 handful mixed leaves

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp cajun spice

Directions

1. Place chicken strips, cajun spice and oil in a bowl, cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Place the chicken strips in the pan and cook through for 10 mins approx. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
3. Top tortilla with yogurt add chicken and salad.
