Caramelised Banana with Porridge, Chia Seeds with a Glass of Milk

40 g oats*

500 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)

1 medium banana

2 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

0.25 tsp vanilla extract

0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp chia seeds


1. Cook your porridge as per packet directions with 250 ml of milk.
2. Heat a small saucepan over the medium heat. Add the olive oil, maple syrup, a sprinkle of cinnamon and the vanilla extract. Allow to bubble for a minute. Then add the sliced banana. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the banana, is plump and golden.
3. Top the cooked porridge with the caramelised banana & chia seeds
4. Enjoy with a glass of milk.
