The Hummus makes 6 portions so divide and freeze the rest for next time
Great for dips at Dinner party


1 carrot

400 g chickpeas

2 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 chilli

0.25 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

0.25 tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil


1. Cut the carrot into sticks.
2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Combine all the other ingredients into a blender or food processor until smooth.
3. If you need more liquid to make a nice consistency, add a bit more yogurt.
4. Place in refrigerator.
5. Dip carrot sticks into hummus as a healthy snack.
