4 chicken fillet

6 tbsp soy sauce*

2 tbsp water

2 garlic cloves

2 tsp ginger

1 pinch black pepper

240 g egg noodles

2 celery stalk

1 onion

2 carrot

1 tbsp olive oil


1. Cook the noodles as per packet instructions.
2. Mix all soy sauce, water, minced garlic, ginger and pepper in a bowl until well blended.
3. Heat a large pan at high heat with olive oil.
4. Sauté the shredded carrots and diced onions until the onions become soft.
5. Add diced chicken into the pan and Sauté until soft. At this stage add the thinly sliced celery, as you want this crisp and crunchy.
6. Turn down the heat to medium and add the noodles and sauce.
7. Stir-fry until the noodles are heated through and the sauce covers all ingredients.
