Chicken Club Sandwich with Glass of Milk

3 slices wholemeal bread*

1 chicken fillet

1 whole egg

2 slices tomatoes

4 slices onion

1 handful mixed leaves

1 tbsp extra light mayonnaise*

250 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)


1. Bake chicken in the oven at 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4) for 20 mins.
2. In the meantime boil the eggs, allow to cool, peel and slice.
3. Toast the bread.
4. Spread the mayo over 1 side of each slice of bread.
5. Place all ingredients evenly over the 3 slices and sandwich together.
6. Serve with milk.

Don’t toast if you need this for an on the go lunch option!
